Agreement
Inclusion of adverts by employers in the Gravity Recruitment website (the “service”) is a fee –based service offered by Gravity Recruitment who own and operate www.gravityrecruitment.co.uk specialist online job website.
Advertising on Gravity Recruitment .co.uk is provided to you (“you” or the “advertiser) pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Gravity Recruitment service agreement (the “agreement”)
Editorial control
Gravity recruitment reserves the right to determine the final design layout and functionality of the Gravity Recruitment web site.
Gravity Recruitment reserves the right to edit copy or amend the layouts or photographs supplied should it be considered necessary.
Gravity Recruitment reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend and edit copy entered into the Gravity Recruitment online database.
Gravity Recruitment reserves the right and absolute discretion to determine the categorisation and positioning of each advertisement within the Gravity Recruitment web site.
Gravity Recruitment cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting form any changes made to the photographs and copy submitted by the advertiser.
Gravity Recruitment in its sole discretion before considering any other criteria in determining whether to accept or decline an advert or site for inclusion in the Gravity Recruitment web site stipulates that the site or advert submitted by the advertiser must meet the following minimum criteria:
The site or advert must be in English language (or have an English version available)
The site or advert must be relevant to the Gravity Recruitment web site users.
The site or advert must attempt to be up and running 24 hours a day and & 7 days a week
The site or advert must not be a mirror site or redirect to another Website
The site or advert must not, as determined by Gravity Recruitment’s editorial team contain or link to any content, products and services or other information that may be deemed illegal, pornographic, gratuitous, graphic violence, racist, offensive or infringes on or violates another party’s rights.
Accuracy
Gravity Recruitment cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy for the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser’s part and the advertiser indemnifies Gravity Recruitment against all cost, expenses and losses arising out of a claim relating to the content of an advertisement.
Errors and Omissions
Gravity Recruitment will make every effort to safeguard all materials supplied and return them if required, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, and for any loss or damage sustained.
Every effort will be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted, but Gravity Recruitment cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage or otherwise resulting from errors or omissions.
Liability
Gravity Recruitment does not warrant the operation of the Gravity recruitment website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Gravity Recruitment be liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits.
Copyright
Gravity Recruitment shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material supplied by the advertiser.
Gravity recruitment claims copyright to the electronic images of the photographic material supplied by the advertiser or anyone else.
It is the advertiser’s responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material used in their advertisements. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the owner thereof to grant to Gravity Recruitment the rights therein contained. Gravity Recruitment cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers and the advertiser indemnifies Gravity Recruitment against any action brought for breach of copyright or other rights from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser.

Hypertext Links
Gravity Recruitment reserves the right to refuse the hypertext links to, or address of, other web sites from advertisers’ pages, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at our sole discretion.
Advertising more than one programme on a single advertisement
Each advertisement on the Gravity Recruitment .co.uk site displays an individual job vacancy. Only one vacancy or job title can appear on each advertisement. Gravity Recruitment reserves the right to amend the copy or remove the advertisement, when more than one vacancy or job title is described in the advertisement.
Termination of Advertising
If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the web site before the end of their subscription period this will be done, but no refunds will be paid.
Gravity Recruitment reserves the right to refuse any advertisement of Gravity Recruitment.co.uk and will be not liable for any loss or expense in so doing so.
If and advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the Gravity Recruitment online database, or persistently misuses the online systems Gravity Recruitment reserves the right to remove the advertisement from the Gravity Recruitment.co.uk web site. No refunds will be paid.
Payment and Delivery
Payment for advertising must be in British Pounds Sterling by major credit and debit cards, or a cheque on a UK bank in British Pounds.
Cheques should be made to “Gravity Recruitment” and sent to the address at the bottom of this agreement.
“BACS” details can be made available on request.
Where adequate company credit is checkable and good expeditious and prompt payment is ascertained then companies can set up to pay Gravity Recruitment by invoice but Gravity Recruitment reserves the right to grant the permission to said companies.
Late payment of outstanding invoices will accrue extra charges of 2% of the total per week outstanding and any extra administration costs that Gravity Recruitment has to meet in the collection of outstanding invoices.
Gravity Recruitment will not hesitate to start legal proceedings if failure to pay arises.
Advertisements placed will be activated were possible within 24 hours of payments being successfully processed.
If for any reason the advert is not able to be activated Gravity Recruitment will notify the advertiser as soon as reasonably possible.
Gravity Recruitment will not be held responsible for any late posting of adverts were it has used reasonable endeavours to do so.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Web site users, job seekers and advertisers accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to rule on any disputes
Advertisers Privacy
Gravity Recruitment maintains information on the advertiser on the Gravity Recruitment servers including but not limited to the Advertiser’s registration information. The Advertiser agrees and acknowledges that Gravity Recruitment may use such information in aggregate form for research and development, marketing or other promotional purposes. The advertiser agrees that Gravity Recruitment has the right (but not the obligation) to disclose any such information, to the extent necessary if Gravity Recruitment reasonably believes that such disclosure is required to comply with any law or to take action to enforce this agreement.
Gravity recruitment may contact the advertiser regarding the Gravity Recruitment web site services using the advertiser’s email address provided during the registration process ( or as updated by the Advertiser). Such email messages may contain opportunities regarding special offers and new products or services from Gravity Recruitment.
Gravity Recruitment considers Internet user privacy and data protection to be of paramount importance. Gravity recruitment complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 in relation to all processing of personal data supplied to us by our users and other personal data in our possession for any reason.
