We've placed Hundreds of happy seasonaires over the last few seasons so don't miss the chance of being one this year! Picture is of seasonaire Andy "Rat Boy" Kelsey "going large" in fresh powder on the way back to work high above Switzerlands most famous ski resorts; Zermatt! Andy worked for many years as a chalet boy / seasonarie in Switzerland before gaining entry into the RAF were he now enjoys a varied and exciting life flying,(a desk) ! But it goes to show that a few winters working in ski resorts is not a precurser to failing to get great jobs in the "real world" back home. in fact it can be adventagous to making you stand out from the crowd in those important interviews when you return home.

Picture show's ski insrtuctor Rowena Phillips ready to enjoy another day's skiing! (I admit this picture was taken a few years ago)! There's nothing like knowing that you on the first cable car on a fresh powder day! And it helps if your living and working for the season. Rowena is great example of someone who first thought she'd work a couple of months in a ski resort and now a few years later realised that life living and working doesn't just mean a boring 9 to 5. This spring Rowena passed the top BASI international ski instructor diploma and is one of the first non-swiss skiers to be invited to compete as part of the Stoked Ski School demo team in the Swiss inter resort ski-offs! Not bad for some one who started skiing as a hobby, before working her way up though the grades as a ski instructor! And what does she do in the summer? She holds down a serious job in the City for one of London's biggest financial Banks !

AlpineSkiHolidays.com has recently launched and has been created to help winter sports enthusiasts find ski holidays in France, Austria and Switzerland, whether it be catered, self-catered or hotel accommodation. More and more holiday makers are taking it upon themselves to arrange their own ski holidays without the overheads charged by tour operators or commission based web agencies. We provide direct contact with ski chalet owners (100% commision free) allowing you to check out their properties in detail, shortlist them into your favourites and contact them one by one or even all at once. Chalet/property owners also post special offers exclusive to our site giving you access to even better value ski holiday bargains. We update the site constantly and the most recent additions are a review on Morzine Ski Holidays, a Morzine Web Cam page, a frequently updated Morzine Snow Report section (updated by locals) and a review of the well known local hang out Bar Robinson in Morzine.
