Gravity Recruitment's Direct Placement Service is an easy and efficient way for you to find the right staff. You just need to call and let us know what you are looking for. Maybe you need an experienced Resort Manager with fluent French to head up a large resort or perhaps you're after a Nanny for a private chalet to work over the Christmas holidays - whatever you require, this is a fast and no fuss way of finding your staff.
We'll search on your behalf for the right person and once we've found them we will let you have their c.v to see what you think. We guarantee that we won't send you c.v's to waste your time. If you like the look of the profile that we send then we'll help you to arrange a first interview and will pre-screen the candidate on the phone so that they arrive at interview fully briefed about your company and job.

We can also check references on your behalf and send you written confirmation of these. You only pay a one off Direct Placement Fee for this service and unlike some agencies you won't have to pay again if they choose to join you for another season. There is no obligation with our placements and you only pay once you have found the right person.
Our fees for this service are very reasonable and are based on the type of position that you are looking for.

It's the call that every Recruitment Manager dreads.
